Cisco China is seeking to hire a few student interns from the School of Management to support market development projects in the areas of

 

-       Telecommunications

-          Data Center networking and computing

-          Small and medium businesses

-          Software industry

-          Intelligent urbanization

 

We are seeking interns to support teams in market research and analysis, developing reports and presentations, and some project management. Each intern will report to a senior Cisco Market Development leader based in Shanghai.

 

We seek students in their second year of study who have had relevant coursework in strategy, marketing, finance and accounting, and are already proficient in using spreadsheets for modeling and simulations, and using MS-Word and PowerPoint in summarizing research and analyses. Communications proficiency in Chinese and English is required. Previous professional work experience in one of the above industries is desirable, but not mandatory.

 

Our interns will work out of Cisco’s Hangzhou office, but may require some visits to our office in Shanghai during the course of the internship. Our desire is to have interns spend a minimum of 3-4 days per week on the Cisco projects for a period of 6 to 12 months, depending on mutual interest.
