招募应届毕业生的业务领域为：投资银行部,企业发展融资部,企业并购业务线,债券业务线,资本市场部，资金运营部，资产重组业务线,研究部,债券销售交易部,股票销售交易部,风险控制部,资产管理部,计划财务部，法律监察部。
招聘要求：2010年应届毕业生，硕士以上学历，财金以及理工科复合专业背景优先。
一、 招聘流程
1. 校园宣讲会
中信证券将在校园进行推介宣讲活动，借以介绍公司的业务领域及发展情况，以及当年的招聘需求。
2. 在线投递简历（
请登陆http://cs.ecitic.com/，点击人才招聘，在校园招聘页面选择所要应聘的部门，在线填写个人简历；
在线申请过程中，系统经过判断只会接受一份成功提交的简历，为了确保我们能够了解到您的详细信息，请在填写过程中注意及时保存所填信息，确认简历填写完整后再进行提交。
3. 实习生的甄选、录用
中信证券将对应聘者进行专业笔试（部分部门设此环节）及面试，最终通过的应聘者可以入选中信证券的实习生计划。
4. 实习生计划
通过甄选流程的应聘者，将进入公司实习生计划，在公司各主要业务部门进行为期4－6周的业务培训及轮转实习，以帮助应聘者深入了解公司文化及业务特点。同时，公司将对实习生进行动态考察，最终确定中信证券将录用的2010年应届毕业生。
二、 校园宣讲日程安排

CITICS Securities is the largest domestic securities company in
CITIC Securities aim to provide students in all universities an opportunity to be exposed to practical work as well as to further understand the Company’s culture and operational characteristics. We will continue to select candidates from the current graduating students with a view to offering full-time positions by means of our internship program.
The business areas open for new recruits out of graduating students in 2010 are: Investment Banking, Equity Financing for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, Bond Financing, Capital Markets, Treasury, Asset Restructuring, Research, Fixed Income Product Sales & Trading, Equity Sales & Trading, Risk Management, Asset Management, Financial Planning, Legal & Supervisory.
Recruitment criteria: Graduates of the Class of 2010. Masters Degree or above. Priority will be given to graduates with interdisciplinary backgrounds: Finance and Science/Engineering.
I. Recruitment Procedure:
1. Campus talk
CITIC Securities will conduct road-show presentation activities on campus to introduce the Company’s business areas and development, as well as its recruiting requirements for 2010.
2. Online application (20 November – 11 December)
Please go to http://cs.ecitic.com/ and click on “Recruitment”. On the Campus Recruitment page, select the division to which you would like to apply and fill up in your resume.
During the online application process, the system would only accept a successfully submitted resume application per applicant. To ensure that we can better understand your particulars, please save the information you have provided promptly while filling in your application and to confirm that your information has been completely filled in before submission.
3. Selection and enrollment into the Internship Program
CITIC Securities will conduct professional written tests (applicants for certain departments) as well as interviews with candidates. Successful candidates will be enrolled in CITIC Securities’ Internship Program.
4. Internship Program
Successful candidates from the selection process will become part of the Company’s Internship Program and will undergo a 4-6 week operational training program, rotating between key operating divisions of the Company so as to better understand the culture and operational characteristics of the Company. At the same time, the Company will monitor the progress of the interns and ultimately decide on those graduates in the year of 2010 to which full-time employment will be offered.
